The annual Forbes Most Valuable Team list is out and the list seems to be somewhat surprising with the Dallas Cowboys in the top spot worth an estimated 4 billion dollars. Although the Cowboys had struggles during the NFL season record-wise, Jerry Jones continued to rake in big bucks as well as build a shiny and expensive new practice facility. This new building, The Star, is valued at $1.5B. That actually overshadows the Death Star itself, AT&T Stadium, by around $300 million dollars. In second, on the list are the crowned kings of the Champions League, Real Madrid. Before Dallas took over last year from Los Blancos, the team had been named most valuable three years in a row. Rounding out the top five are: FC Barcelona, The New York Yankees, and Manchester United. The first NBA franchise to appear on the list are the New York Knicks at #7. The team is rounded out by the Jacksonville Jaguars worth around 1.5 billion.
